The breakdown of any family relationship can cause problems for everybody involved - the parties, and particularly the children.

Whether a couple are married or not there are frequently difficulties which arise relating to contact with children, maintenance and the family home.

We offer a sympathetic and constructive approach to help our clients to achieve fair and amicable solutions to their problems. Our family department shares a common recognition of the need to avoid unnecessary confrontation in family disputes and we are particularly sensitive to the needs of any children involved, being a member of Resolution.

We hold a Legal Services Commission franchise in family work and we are able to undertake public funding work where applicable.
